Graphic Designer

About The Position

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team and lead the successful go-to-market, introduction, and adoption of this product.

As Graphic Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping market positioning, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving adoption among our target customers. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, Graphic, and growth to define the product’s value proposition, identify customer needs, and create compelling messaging and positioning. You will be responsible for executing strategic Graphic plans that generate awareness, drive customer acquisition, and contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the product management, design, and customer success teams to gather product feedback, influence product roadmaps, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the product life cycle
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, its unique value proposition, and target customer segments. Craft compelling positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the product’s benefits and differentiation in the market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that maximize awareness and user acquisition of the product 
  • Leverage customer research, feedback, and market intelligence to develop accurate customer segments and identify key customer pain points, needs, and preferences. Align Graphic initiatives to address these insights and create compelling customer experiences
  • Create impactful Graphic materials, including product videos, website content, emails, and blog posts, that effectively communicate the value and benefits of the new product and increase awareness and adoption 
  • Plan and execute the successful launch of the new product, including coordinating Graphic activities, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies as needed. Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Improve user journeys to increase customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement rates 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer – an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of top-of-funnel Graphic, customer acquisition, and adoption strategies
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, including positioning, messaging, and campaign planning
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences and channels, including crafting wireframes and mockups
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform Graphic strategies
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

About The Position

We are looking for an Experienced Financial Information Systems Manager to oversee our ERP and Subscription management platform. This critical role will be responsible for developing, managing and optimizing these systems to support our company’s rapid growth. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the billing, revenue recognition and ERP systems while supporting and ensuring scale, and accountability.
  • Oversee integration between the billing system and NetSuite, validating seamless synchronization of customer, product and transaction data.
  •  Develop and document billing system and NetSuite processes, procedures and controls 
  •  Identify opportunities to leverage billing system and NetSuite capabilities to drive growth, efficiency and scalability 
  • Manage NetSuite and billing system configuration, customization and reporting to meet financial and operational needs
  • Lead training initiatives to build employee capabilities on billing systems and NetSuite platforms
  • Collaborate with all internal teams to optimize system utilization and financial operations

 

Requirements

 
  • 3+ years managing billing systems or NetSuite in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Finance and accounting knowledge with understanding of subscription business models 
  • Deep platform expertise in both applications with ability to build complex configurations and integrations
